2.1 Tax Analysis and Support Services

Guia Clara offers personalized tax document review, guidance on tax filing procedures, and consultation sessions delivered by qualified staff.

Scheduling: Service dates and times are confirmed upon full payment. To request a reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session via our contact form. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 180 days of the original booking.

2.2 Digital Information Products

Digital products include e-books, toolkits, and online courses on tax compliance and document organization. Access is provided immediately upon successful payment.

2.3 Tangible Goods

Physical products, such as printed guides or kits, are shipped to the provided address. Shipping details and estimated delivery times are available at checkout.

3. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. Please review the refund provisions below based on the type of purchase.

3.1 Services

Full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are eligible for a credit equal to 50% of the paid amount. Credits may be applied toward future services within 180 days.

If a session is completed, the service is deemed fulfilled and no refund is provided except in cases of demonstrable non-delivery or significant deficiency, to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3.2 Digital Information Products

No refunds or credits will be offered once digital products have been accessed or downloaded. If access fails due to technical issues, please submit your request via our contact form within 14 days of purchase for assessment and potential reissue.

3.3 Tangible Goods

Acceptance of undamaged, unopened goods for refund is available within 14 days of delivery. Please send items to our address at Sagrada Familia, 401 Mallorca Street, 08013 Barcelona, Spain, at your own cost. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund within 7 days. Customized or opened items are not eligible.

4. Liability and Dispute Resolution

Guia Clara's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service or product. Any dispute shall be governed by Spanish law and resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
